Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OmniLaunch ("we") collects when you use the Site, why, and your choices. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or ID to use the Site.

1. What we collect

• Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, sign in, launch, trade or subscribe, we store your public wallet address.
• Public blockchain data. Tokens you launch, trades, payments and transaction signatures. This data is already public on the Solana blockchain.
• Content you submit. Token names, symbols, descriptions, images and social links. This is shown publicly.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the Site.
• Cookies. If you sign in with your wallet, we set one essential session cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep small preferences locally.

We never collect or ask for your secret recovery phrase or private keys.

2. How we use it

• to run the Site: show tokens, prices, charts, trades and subscriptions;
• to verify launches, trades and payments on-chain;
• to keep you signed in and to protect admin functions;
• to prevent fraud, abuse and scams, and to moderate content;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the Site for us (hosting, database, blockchain RPC), under their own security terms.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect users and the Site.
• Everyone, for information you publish or that is on the public blockchain.

4. Retention

We keep data while it is needed for the purposes above. Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. We can remove data we hold off-chain, such as hiding a token page, but cannot change anything recorded on the blockchain.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the data we hold, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your wallet and recovery phrase safe; we can't recover them.

7. Children

The Site is not for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
